My Contributions
​As a Level 5 UX Designer at Amazon for three transformative years, I had the privilege of shaping the user experience for millions of customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I leveraged user insights and data-driven decision-making to create seamless and intuitive experiences across platforms. Research
I researched user behaviors and psychology in an educational setting and audited internal employee growth programs for UX standards and accessibility. ​
Testing
I conducted several usability tests to ensure all user needs and pain points were satisfied and addressed across multiple projects
Design
I redesigned internal Wikis, resources libraries, web applications, branding websites, and a Customer Service career development LMS.
Mentoring
I mentored project managers as mentors on foundational UX knowledge to encourage a standard within the organization.
Consulting
I consulted program owners and project managers on UX best practices, accessibility, and gamification.​​
